Metric	Percentage of Muni bus trips over capacity during AM/PM peak
Purpose	Crowded trips help measure customer experiences on Muni and indicate where additional service is needed. Reducing crowding can improve customer comfort and convenience, increasing their likehood of riding
Definition	The percentage of muni bus trips over capacity during peak hours is determined by dividing the number of overcrowded trips by the total number of trips and is reported system-wide.
Methodology	sum ([overcrowded trips]) ÷ sum ([total trips])
Target	Maintain 15% crowding or less in FY19 and 13% or less in FY20
Reporting Frequency	Monthly
