Event Summary

The inaugural Mascot Run Club 5K and festival will take place this Sunday, September 8, 2024. The race course will be along The Embarcadero, starting and finishing at Pier 30-32 with turnarounds at Washington Street to the north and Third Street to the south.

Street Closures

The following streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.: 

  • The Embarcadero between Second and Washington streets
  • King Street between Second to Third streets
  • Third Street between the 3rd Street Bridge and King Street

The following routes will have service adjustments:

 5 to 8 a.m. From Townsend & 4th, continue on Townsend, left on 3rd, right on Folsom, left on Main, right on Mission, left on Steuart to regular route.

N Judah Line

to Caltrain

 8:50 to 9:45 a.m. Inbound trains will switchback at Harrison Street for outbound service
  • Transfer from IB N at Powell Station to the 30 or 45 for service to Caltrain

N Judah Line

to Ocean Beach

 8:50 to 9:45 a.m. No outbound train service between Caltrain and The Embarcadero & Folsom Street

The F Market and Wharves Line may see minor delays along The Embarcadero between Washington and Mission streets.
