Thank you so much for your sustained interest and engagement in the Sunset Neighborways initial outreach process.
Over the course of the last few months, the team deployed a survey to gather initial feedback on the Sunset Neighborways proposal, reached out to several community groups and neighborhood organizations, and attended community-hosted meetings to talk more about the project. The team will continue to meet with community members, community groups, and neighborhood organizations throughout the month of February. The team will also start analyzing the survey data from the initial outreach survey for the project.
If you host, coordinate, or attend a standing community organization or neighborhood association meeting, let us know and we can come to you virtually. The project team would be more than happy to attend and present at a community/neighborhood organization-hosted event to talk about Sunset Neighborways and gather feedback.

- Initial Community Outreach - now
- Design Phase – Spring 2022
- Design Outreach – Late Spring 2022 (anticipated timeframe)
- Project Approvals – Summer 2022 (anticipated timeframe)
Upon the conclusion of the initial outreach phase, the team will review and publicize a summary of findings from the initial outreach process and share more information on the next steps for the project.
A second community outreach process (design outreach) is tentatively scheduled to begin in late Spring 2022.
