Equitable Communications is the unit within the Office of Racial Equity & Belonging which directs the development of comprehensive strategies and standards for communication that will advance racial equity, social equity and transportation equity. Equitable Communications researches promising communication strategies for culture change and directs culturally specific interventions to optimize engagement. The Equitable Communications team develops creative content to support equity training, outreach, engagement, reporting and branding needs.
