- From 9:47 p.m. through the end of service, the Powell, Powell Mason, and Powell Hyde Cable Car lines were down due to a water main break at Jackson and Mason streets. Bus shuttles provided line service.
- From 9:45 p.m. to 12:04 a.m. Friday, the 10 Townsend, 19 Polk, and 48 Quintara/24th Street routes were routed around Rhode Island and 22nd streets in both directions due to a water main break.

- From 8:45 to 9:28 p.m., the eastbound F Market and Wharves Line was blocked at Market and Gough Streets by a non Muni collision. Southbound F streetcars switched back at the Ferry Building.

- From 7:03 p.m. to 6:23 a.m. Wednesday, Muni Metro subway service between West Portal and Church stations was temporarily suspended due to an automobile that had entered the subway tunnel and standing water on the track way at Church Station. The K Inglside, M Ocean View, and L Taraval lines interlined between Balboa Park station and the zoo. The northbound T Third Line switched back on The Embarcadero at Harrison Street. The N Judah and J Church operated on their regular routes. Bus shuttles supported Metro service.
Monday, November 25
- From 10:55 a.m. to 2:49 p.m., Muni Metro subway service was delayed in both directions due to an overhead line issue on The Embarcadero and Folsom Street. Northbound J Church trains and eastbound N Judah trains switched back at Church and Reservoir streets. Northbound T Third Street trains switched back on The Embarcadero and Harrison Street. Select inbound L Taraval and K Ingleside trains switched back at Church Station. The M Ocean View and L Taraval lines interlined in both directions. Bus shuttles supported Metro service.

- From 5:52 to 6:24 a.m., the 38 Geary Route was routed around Geary Avenue and Grant Street in both directions due to a non Muni collision.

- From 8:18 to 11:28 a.m., inbound Muni Metro subway service was delayed between West Portal and Castro stations due to a power outage at Forest Hill station. Northbound K Ingleside trains routed over the J Church Line. The L Taraval and M Ocean View lines interlined in both directions between Balboa Park station and 46th Avenue and Wawona street Select westbound K trains switched back at Castro station. Bus shuttles supported Metro service.

- From 5:20 to 5:56 p.m., the eastbound L Taraval Line was delayed at Taraval Street and 19th Avenue due to a minor medical emergency on a train. Eastbound L trains switched back at Taraval Street and 22nd Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
