- From 12:16 to 2:20 p.m., due to fire department activity near Mission Street and Appleton Avenue, the 14 Mission, 14R Mission Rapid, and 49 Van Ness/Mission routes were routed around that area in both directions.
- From 12:05 to 12:46 p.m., due to an automobile on the track way near Noe and 17th streets, the southbound F Market and Wharves Line switched back at the Ferry Building.

- From 6:29 to 7:29 a.m., the 24 Divisadero Route was routed around the area of Palou Avenue between Selby and Industrial streets due police activity.
- From 6:12 to 7:09 a.m., due to downed overhead wire at Bryant and Division streets, the 9 San Bruno and 27 Byrants routes were routed around that area in both directions.
Friday, September 27
- From 11:16 a.m. to 12:05 p.m., due to a PG&E power outage near Third and Marin streets, the southbound T Third Line switched back at the UCSF/Chase Center plaftorm. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Tuesday, September 24
- From 4:45 to 5:30 p.m., due to an outbound switch issue between Van Ness and Church stations, Muni Metro subway service experienced slow moving service in both directions.
Monday, September 23
- From 4:36 p.m. through the end of service the California Cable Car Line was done due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles provided line service.
- From 12:15 to 12:49 p.m., the southbound J Church Line was blocked at Church and 28th streets due to a non Muni collision.
- From 11:49 a.m. to 12:38 p.m., the soutbound Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was blocked at Washington and Taylor streets due to construction work.
Friday, September 20
- From 7:00 to 8:55 p.m., the 54 Felton Route was routed around Sagamore Street and Capitol Avenue in both directions due to fire department activity.
- From 8:30 to 9:00 a.m., Muni Metro subway service was delayed in both directions due to a PG&E power outage. Northbound J Church trains and eastbound N Judah trains switched back at Church Street and Duboce Avenue. All eastbound trains within the subway switched back at Embarcadero and Harrison Street. Bus shuttles supported service.
Thursday, September 19
- From 8:42 to 9:22 p.m., the 29 Sunset Route was routed around Mansell and Hamilition streets in both directions due to fire department activity.
- From 2:04 to 4:08 p.m., due to a major medical BART emergency, Powelll Station was closed. Muni Metro subway service skipped Powell Station in both directions.
Wednesday, September 18
- From 11:45 a.m. to 1:32 p.m., the eastbound N Judah Line was delayed at Judah Street and 44th Avenue due to Muni involved collision. Westbound N trains switched back at Judah Street and Sunset Boulevard. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Monday, September 16
- From 5:07 to 5:40 p.m., the westbound N Judah Line was delayed at Judah Street and 37th Avenue due to a Muni involved collision. Westbound N trains switched back at Judah Street and 19th Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From the start of service until 6:17 a.m., the 12 Folsom-Pacific Route was rerouted in both directions around the area of 15th and Folsom streets due to downed power lines.
Saturday, September 14
- From 7:42 to 9:22 a.m., due to a Muni incident at Ulloa Street and West Portal Avenue, the eastbound L Taraval Line switched back at Taraval Street and 22nd Avenue. Outbound L trains in the subway were switched back at St. Francis Circle. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 4:35 to 5:41 p.m., the J Church Line was blocked on Church Street between 17th and 18th streets in both directions due to police activity. Southbound J trains switched back at Church and 16th streets while northbound J trains switched back at Church and 22nd streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 7:43 to 8:41 a.m., the northbound J Church Line was blocked at San Jose Avenue and Theresa Street by a non Muni collision. Southbound J trains switch back at Glen Park Station. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 8:53 to 9:23 p.m., the westbound F Market and Wharves Line was delayed on 17th Street between Noe and Hartford streets due to a stalled streetcar.
- From 1:40 to 2:20 p.m., the Powell Hyde Cable Car LIne was delayed at Jackson and Jones streets due to a non Muni collision. Bus shuttles provided line service.

- From 3:53 to 4:31 p.m., due to a switch/signal issue at West Portal Station, the M Ocean View and L Taraval lines operated between Balboa Park and the zoo. The northbound K Ingleside Line switched back at West Portal Avenue and Ulloa Street. Outbound K trains were switched back at Castro Station. Bus shuttles supported Metro service.
- From 12:43 to 1:53 p.m., the 19 Polk Route was routed around Polk and Broadway streets in both directions due to police activity.

- From 6:20 to 7:00 p.m., the southbound N Judah Line was delayed at King and Fourth streets due to a minor medical emergency. Southbound N trains were routed onto the T Third Line and switched back at Fourth and Channel streets. Select inbound N trains were switched back at Embarcadero Station.
- From 2:10 to 2:51 p.m., the westbound N Judah Line was delayed at Irving Street and Ninth Avenue due to police activity. Westbound N trains were switched back at Carl Street and Hillway Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
