Thursday, May 31
- From 9:00 to 9:49 a.m., the 12 Folsom/Pacific and 48 Quinatra/24th Street routes were routed around 24th and Valencia streets in both directions due to protest activity.
Tuesday, May 29
- From 9:43 p.m. until the end of service, the northbound T Third Line was blocked at Third Street and Arthur Avenue by a non-Muni collision. Northbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. Southbound T trains switched back at the Muni Metro East yard. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Sunday, May 27
- From 7:58 to 9:50 a.m., the southbound J Church Line was delayed on Church Street between 16th and 17th streets due to a down tree branch on the trackway.
Friday, May 25
- From 1:26 to 3:30 p.m., the 1 Californa Route was rerouted in both directions around the area of California between Scott and Broderick streets due to police activity.
- From 6:32 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., the Muni Metro subway was delayed in the outbound direction at Castro Station due to a Muni incident. The M Oceanview and K Ingleside lines operated between Balboa Park and West Portal stations in both directions. The L Taraval Line operated between Wawona and 46th streets and West Portal station in both directions. The T Third Line operated between Van Ness station and Bayshore Boulevard and Sunnydale Avenue in both directions. Bus shuttles supported service in both directions between West Portal and Van Ness stations.
Thursday, May 24
- From 4:35 to 5:20 p.m., the eastbound L Taraval Line was delayed at Taraval Street and 22nd Avenue by a stalled train. Westbound L trains switched back at Taraval Street and 22nd. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 9:17 to 11:32 a.m., the northbound T Third Line was blocked at Third Street and Evans Avenue by police activity. Southbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Wednesday, May 23
- From 6:00 to 6:50 p.m., the northbound 24 Divisadero Route was routed around Divisadero and Washington streets due to a downed PG&E wire.
- From 4:51 to 5:36 p.m., due to fire department activity at Columbus Avenue and Vallejo Street the 41 Union Route was routed around the area in both directions as was the northbound 8 Bayshore Route.
Tuesday, May 22
- From 7:02 to 7:40 p.m., the 24 Divisadero Route was blocked at Palou Avenue and Shelby Street by a non Muni collision. Eastbound 24 coaches switched back at Bayshore Boulevard and Cortland Avenue. Bus shuttles supported route service.
- From 3:58 to 4:30 p.m., the eastbound F Market and Wharves Line was delayed at Market and Sixth street by a stalled coach. Eastbound F streetcars switched back at Market and 11th streets while southbound F streetcars switched back at the Ferry Building.
Monday, May 21
- From 4:11 to 5:20 p.m., the Powell Cable Car Line was down due to a Muni incident at Market and Powell streets. Bus shuttles provided line service.
Friday, May 18
- From 4:31 to 5:01 p.m., due to police activity at Fifth and Harrison streets, the southbound 30 Stockton and 45 Union/Stockton routes were switched back at Fifth and Harrison streets while the southbound 8 Bayshore, eastbound 27 Bryant, and westbound 47 Van Ness routes were routed around the area.
Thursday, May 17
- From 6:44 to 7:22 p.m., the northbound N Judah and T Third lines were delayed on The Embarcadero at Townsend Street due to a Muni involved collision. Inbound N and T trains switched back at Embarcadero Station. Northbound T trains switched back at Fourth and Channel streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 2:03 to 2:50 p.m., the eastbound F Market and Wharves Line was blocked at Market and Gough streets by a non Muni collision. Westbound F streetcars switched back at Market and 11th streets.
Tuesday, May 15
- From 6:18 to 6:50 a.m., the westbound F Market and Wharves Line was blocked at Market and Gough streets by a non Muni collision. Westbound F streetcars switch back at Market and 11th streets.
- From 6:04 to 7:56 a.m., the 48 Quintara/24th Street routed around 25th and Wisconsin streets in both directions due to a stalled mobile home.
Monday, May 14
- From 7:27 to 8:31 p.m., the Muni Metro subway experienced slow moving service and delays due to a system safety check resulting from an earthquake and a switch issue on a side track between Embarcadero Station and Ferry Portal. Bus shuttles supported Metro service.
Saturday, May 12
- From 3:28 to 4:00 p.m., the northbound F Market and Wharves Line was delayed at The Embarcadero between Chestnut and Sansome streets due to a Muni-involved collision. Southbound F streetcars switched back at the Ferry Building.
- From 11:38 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., the northbound 29 Sunset Route was delayed at Lincoln Boulevard and Bowley Avenue by a stalled coach. Northbound 29 coaches switched back at 25th Avenue and California Street.
Friday, May 11
- From 11:42 a.m. to 1:22 p.m., the 23 Monterery, 24 Divisadero, and 44 O'Shaughnessy routes were delayed in both directions on Palou Avenue between Third and Newhall streets due to fire department activity. Westbound 23 and 44 coaches rerouted around the area. Eastbound 24 coaches switched back at Cortland Avenue and Bayshore Boulevard. Bus shuttles supported service for the 24 Divisadero Route.
- From 10:47 to 11:58 a.m., the Powell Cable Care lines were delayed on Powell Street near California Street due to a Muni incident. Southbound Powell Cable Cars switched back at Powell and Washington streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 1:37 to 5:35 a.m., the 5 Fulton Route was rerouted in both directions on McAllister Street between Van Ness Avenue and Polk Street due to police activity.

- From 4:31 to 5:20 p.m., the westbound F Market and Wharves Line was blockeed at Market and 15th streets by a non Muni collision. Westbound F streetcars switched back at Market and 11th streets.
- From 2:38 p.m. through the end of service, the Powell Mason Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles provided line service.
- From 8:07 to 8:55 a.m., the northbound K Ingleside Line was delayed on Ocean Aveune at 280 due to a train with a mechanical issue. Bus shuttles provided line service.
Wednesday, May 9
- From 4:10 to 6:10 p.m., the 5R Fulton Rapid Route was routed around Fulton Street and 15th Avenue in both directions due to fire department activity.
Sunday, May 6
- From10:24 to 10:58 p.m., the southbound T Third Street Line was blocked at Third Street and Paul Avenue by fire department activity. Southbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Armstrong Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Wednesday, May 2
- From 9:30 to 10:48 p.m., the 14 Mission Route was blocked at Mission and Second streets by police activity.
- From 6:47 to 7:22 p.m., the northbound T Third Line was delayed at Third Street and Egbert Avenue due to a signal issue.
- From 11:21 a.m. to 12:16 p.m., the Powell Cable Car lines were down due to a cable issue. The southbound Powell-Mason and Powell-Hyde cable cars switched back at Powell and Washington streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 9:49 to 10:28 a.m., the northbound E Embarcadero and F Market and Wharves lines were blocked at Pier 39 by an overhead wire issue. Northbound E and F streetcars switched back at the Ferry Building.
- From 9:00 to 9:47 a.m., the 31 Balboa Route rerouted around the area at Eddy and Pierce streets in both directions due to police activity.

- From 7:32 to 8:44 a.m., the southbound T Third Line was delayed due to a Muni involved collision at Third and 25th streets. Northbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. Southbound trains switched back at Fourth and Channel Streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
