Citizens Advisory Council Meeting

Thursday's agenda will cover possible actions regarding the Dogpatch Residential Parking Permit Pilot Project, Vision Zero and increasing the number of fare inspectors.

The council meets on the first Thursday of each month, where they hear presentations from SFMTA staff with respect to any matter within the jurisdiction of SFMA and provide recommendations on those matters to the agency.

These Friday hearings in front of a city traffic engineer and hearing officer cover traffic and parking changes that stem from public requests or larger agency initiatives. Some items on the agenda can be approved at the public hearing; others require final legislation by the SFMTA Board of Directors.
