- From 6:27 to 7:48 p.m., the southbound 27 Bryant Route was routed around Jones and Ellis streets due to police activity.
- From 3:23 to 7:37 p.m., the southbound Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde cable car lines switched back at Washington and Jackson streets due to protest activity at Powell and Geary streets. The westbound 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid routes were routed around the Union Square area. Bus shuttles supported Powell Line service.

- From 5:32 to 6:40 p.m., the northbound Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde cable car lines were delayed due to an automobile on the trackway at Powell and Sutter streets.
Monday, October 28
- From 7:41 to 9:45 p.m., the 9 San Bruno Route was routed around the area of the McLaren School terminal in both directions due to a Muni-involved collision.
- From 6:41 to 8:33 p.m., the northbound T Third Street Line was delayed at Third Street and Gilman Avenue due to downed overhead wire. Southbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. Bus shuttles support T Line service.
- From 12:39 to 1:15 p.m., the southbound 27 Bryant Route routed around Jones & Bush streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 9:05 to 9:35 a.m., the southbound 27 Bryant Route routed around Hyde and Bush streets due to police activity.

- From 7:36 to 8:45 p.m., the southbound M Ocean View Line was delayed at 19th Avenue and Crespi Drive due to an automobile on the trackway. Southbound M trains switched back at St. Francis Circle. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 11:20 to 11:55 a.m., the eastbound L Taraval Line was delayed at Taraval Street and 16th Avenue due to an onboard medical issue.

- From 9:28 to 10:05 a.m., the southbound F Market & Wharves Line was delayed at Market Street between Noe and Sanchez streets due to a non-Muni collision.

- From 4:09 to 6:14 a.m., the 14 Mission Owl, 14 Mission, 14R Mission Rapid, and 49 Van Ness/Mission routes were routed around the area of Mission Street between 18th and 19th streets due to police activity.
