Notice is hereby given that the SFMTA Board of Directors intends to hold a public hearing on the following item and on other matters on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, beginning at 1:00pm. Additional information may be found on the meeting webpage.

• Proposed Legislation: Amending Transportation Code, Division II, Section 201 to add designation of on-street vehicle electric charging parking spaces and amending Section 301 to add a fine for parking a vehicle in an on-street vehicle electric charging parking space unless the vehicle is actively charging.
