Youth no longer need to apply for Free Muni. Effective August 15, 2021 the Free Muni program will be extended to all youth under the age of 19. No application or proof of payment/Clipper card will be required to ride Muni vehicles with the exception of Cable Cars. Simply get on the bus and ride.
If you are a youth who rides cable car regularly then please complete the form below and we will send you a special Clipper card for cable car rides.
