If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, Saturday in particular, here is what’s going down in the city. The best costumed and cosplay themed event outside of Halloween takes place in Dogpatch at the Superhero Street Fair as heroes and a few villains gather together for fun, food, and music. Ever been to a rugby match? If not, head over to Treasure Island either Saturday or Sunday for the Golden Gate Rugby Club West Coast Sevens, featuring local squads from San Francisco State, Cal and Saint Mary’s College (Muni's 25 Treasure Island will have a re-route).

Wharf Fest
Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fisherman’s Wharf
If you haven’t been out to Fisherman’s Wharf in a while, you may want to make the trip out to this iconic spot on Saturday for the fourth annual Wharf Fest. The highlight of the event will be a delicious clam chowder competition as 10 Wharf restaurants look to answer the question of whose chowder is tuly the Wharf's best. In addition to the chowder cook-off, festival attendees can navigate a Segway through an obstacle course or take a challenge by scaling a rock climbing wall.
If you are planning on heading over to enjoy the festivities, you can take the E Embarcadero, F Market, 8 Bayshore, 39 Coit, 47 Van Ness, or the Powell Mason Cable Car Line.
Muni service note: There are no planned service adjustments, but service routes may see minor delays due to increased ridership.
