Appendix 3 - NTAS Transit Rider Non-Rider Interview Guide

This is the third appendix to the National Transit Adaptation Strategy Phase I FTA Report. Appendix 3 is an interview guide developed by the Institute for the Future (IFTF) and used during a series of three virtual group interviews with Bay Area residents who are infrequent public transit users with an effort to listen to as many voices as possible of people who may have a unique view into the new realities of using public transportation. Group interviews took place on February 10, 16, and 17, and lasted two hours each.
