- From 1:48 to 5:21 a.m., both directions of the 91 San Bruno Owl Route routed around Third Street and Palou Avenue due to a traffic signal outage and police activity.
Wednesday, August 28
- From 5:02 to 7:30 p.m., southbound 9 San Bruno and 9R San Bruno Rapid routes routed around 11th Street between Market and Mission streets due to fire department activity.
- From 9:28 to 10:18 a.m., both directions of the 24 Divisadero Route routed around Noe and 26th streets due to fire department activity.

- From 2:49 to 3:32 a.m., eastbound 25 Tresure Island Owl Route service was suspended due to a vehicle fire on the Bay Bridge.
- From 1:02 to 5:15 a.m., the L Taraval Owl Route was routed around Market Street and Van Ness Avenue in both directions due to a non-Muni collision.

- From 12:43 to 7:54 p.m., the eastbound 29 Sunset Route was routed around Gilman Avenue and Griffith Street due to heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
- From 4:08 to 6:53 a.m., the L Taraval Owl and L Taraval Bus routes were routed around Taraval Street between 26th and 32nd avenues in both directions due to fire department activity.
Friday, August 23
- From 5:08 to 6:02 p.m., the 24 Divisadero, 36 Teresita, and J Church lines were delayed at Church and 30th streets in both directions due to a non-Muni collision.
Wednesday, August 21
- From 4:49 to 6:25 p.m., both directions of the 5 Fulton and 5R Fulton Rapid, the northbound 19 Polk, and the eastbound 21 Hayes routes routed around Larkin and McAllister streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 2:30 to 3:36 p.m., the southbound 33 Ashbury/18th Street Route routed around Stanyan Street between Fulton and Hayes streets due to an overhead line issue.
- From 12:45 to 1:22 p.m., both directions of the 19 Polk, 28 19th Avenue, and 30 Stockton routes routed around North Point Street between Polk and Larkin streets due to police activity.
- From 11:54 a.m. to 1:10 p.m., both directions of the 36 Teresita Route routed around Chenery and Fairmount streets due to a reported gas leak.

- From 7:05 to 7:59 p.m., the northbound 12 Folsom/Pacific Route routed around Folsom and Third streets due to police activity.
- From 10:41 a.m. to 4:25 p.m., the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line routed over the Powell/Mason Cable Car Line in both directions due to a cable strand alarm. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 9:32 to 10:50 p.m., the southbound T Third Street Line was delayed at Third Street and Hester Avenue by a Muni-involved collision. Southbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. Bus shuttles supported T Line service.
- From 12:02 p.m. through the end of service, the eastbound 29 Sunset Route was routed around the area of Gilman Avenue and Bill Walsh Way due to heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic.

- From 1:42 to 3:01 p.m., 19 Polk Route was routed around the area of Polk Street between California and Pine streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 11:59 a.m. to 12:36 p.m., the 14 Mission and 14R Mission Rapid routes were routed around Mission and First streets due to a non-Muni collision.

- From 9:35 to 10:38 a.m., the 22 Fillmore Route was routed around Fillmore and Jackson streets in both directions due to fire department activity.
- From 8:10 to 9:44 a.m., the southbound 19 Polk Route was routed around Polk and O'Farrell streets due to police activity.
Thursday, August 15
- From 2:38 to 3:10 p.m., the southbound J Church Line was delayed at Glen Park due to an automobile in the trackway. Southbound J trains switched back at Church and Day streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 8:26 to 8:53 a.m., Muni Metro Market Street Subway service was delayed in both directions due to an overhead power issue at Embarcadero Station. Eastbound trains were switched back at Montgomery Station. Northbound J Church trains switched back at Church and Reservoir streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 2:34 to 3:16 p.m., the northbound F Market and Wharves Line was blocked at Jefferson and Jones streets by police activity. Northbound F streetcars switched back at Pier 39.

- From 7:01 to 9:25 p.m., the northbound 28 19th Avenue Route routed around 19th Avenue and Ulloa Street due to fire department activity.
- From 1:46 to 2:24 p.m., the eastbound 5 Fulton and 5R Fulton Rapid routes routed around McAllister and Market streets due to police activity.
- From 12:16 to 2:28 p.m., both directions of the 29 Sunset Route routed around Paul Avenue between Bayshore Boulevard and Third Street due to fire department activity.

- From 8:35 to 9:40 p.m., the eastbound N Judah Line was delayed by disabled automobile at Carl and Stanyan streets. Eastbound N trains switched back at Carl Street and Hillway Avenue. Westbound N trains switched back at Duboce Avenue and Fillmore Street. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 7:02 to 9:18 p.m., both directions of the T Third Street Line were delayed due to downed overhead line on the Islais Creek bridge. Southbound T trains switched back at Chase Center. Northbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 3:20 to 4:33 p.m., the southbound T Third Street Line was delayed at Third Street and Revere Avenue due to debris in the overhead line. Southbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
