- From 7:26 to 8:25 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was down due to heavy traffic along California Street.
- From 12:55 to 1:35 p.m., the Powell Mason and Powell Hyde Cable Car lines were down due to a cable issue.
- From 10:43 to 11:15 a.m., the westbound California Cable Car Line was blocked at California and Davis streets by an automobile on the trackway.
- From 9:58 to 10:31 a.m., the 28 19th Avenue Route was routed around the Golden Gate Bridge toll plaza area in both directions due to police activity.
Tuesday, November 28
- From 6:26 to 7:01 p.m., the southbound 22 Fillmore Route routed around Fillmore and Bush streets due to fire department activity.
- From 3:40 to 4:27 p.m., the Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde cable car lines were delayed at Powell and California streets due to a cable strand alarm.
Sunday, November 26
- From 8:50 to 9:36 p.m., the northbound 8 Bayshore, southbound 43 Masonic, and westbound 54 Felton routes routed around Geneva Avenue between Mission and London streets due to a non-Muni collision.
Saturday, November 25
- From 8:26 to 9:12 p.m., the southbound J Church Line was delayed at San Jose Avenue and Glen Park Station due to an automobile in the trackway. Southbound J trains switched back at Church and Day streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 6:41 to 8:56 a.m., the westbound 5 Fulton and southbound 43 Masonic routes routed around Fulton Street and Masonic Avenue due to an overhead line issue.
Friday, November 24
- From 7:43 to 8:24 p.m., the northbound 33 Ashbury/18th Street Route routed around Stanyan and Oak streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 6:31 to 11:25 p.m., the eastbound 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid routes routed around Geary Boulevard and Laguna Street due to police activity.
- From 12:47 to 6:00 p.m., both directions of the F Market and Wharves, Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde cable car lines, 2 Sutter, 5 Fulton, 5R Fulton Rapid, 6 Haight/Parnassus, 7 Haight/Noriega, 9 San Bruno, 9R San Bruno Rapid, 38 Geary, and 38R Geary Rapid routes were blocked along Market Street between Civic Center and The Embarcadero due to protest activity. Southbound F streetcars switched back at Don Chee Way. Southbound Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde cable cars switched back at Washington and Jackson streets.
- From 10:28 to 11:49 a.m., both directions of the F Market and Wharves Line, 6 Haight/Parnassus, 7 Haight/Noriega, 9 San Bruno and 9R San Bruno Rapid routes routed around Market and 10th streets due to police activity. Northbound F Line streetcars switched back at Market and 11th streets. Southbound F streetcars switched back at Don Chee Way.

- From 11:54 p.m. to 12:50 a.m. the following day, the southbound 49 Van Ness/Mission Route routed around Ocean Avenue and Otsego Street due to PG&E repair work.
Tuesday, November 21
- From 9:01 to 10:40 a.m., the southbound 19 Polk Route routed around Cesar Chavez Street and Evans Avenue due to a non-Muni collision.
Sunday, November 19
- From 2:30 to 3:12 p.m., the 14 Mission, 14R Mission Rapid, 49 Van Ness Mission, and 67 Bernal Heights routes were routed around Mission and 24th streets in both directions due to an unplanned celebration.
- From 10:16 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the westbound 48 Quintara/24th Street was routed around 14th Avenue and Ulloa street due to construction related work.

- From 2:54 to 5:08 p.m., the southbound 18 46th Avenue Route was routed around the area of the Legion of Honor due to illegally parked automobiles.
- From 2:34 to 3:20 p.m., the eastbound 1 California Route was routed around Caly and Franklin streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 10:54 a.m. to 12:05 p.m., the F Market and Wharves Line was delayed along Market Street between Ninth and 10th streets due to an overhead wire issue. Southbound F streetcars switched back at the Ferry Plaza while eastbound streetcars held their positions along Market Street.
- From 10:19 to 11:25 a.m., the eastbound 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid routes were routed around O'Farrell and Powell streets due to fire department activity.
- From 5:25 to 7:00 a.m., the westbound 2 Sutter and northbound 27 Bryant routes were routed around Leavenworth and Sutter streets due to a tree branch in the overhead wires.

- From 7:27 to 8:22 a.m., the 25 Treasure Island Route was blocked in both directions due to disabled tractor-trailers preventing access to the island.
