Work Forecast Plan for the Weeks of February 10 to February 21, 2020

Details of Work Performed: |
- Continuation of sewer main replacement is planned for the weeks of:
- February 10-14 and February 18-21 between 40th - 37th Avenue
- Excavation of small exploratory holes to verify the locations of existing underground utilities is planned for February 13-14 between 46th and 43rd Avenue on the sotuhside of Taraval
- Continuation of waterline work is planned for the week of:
- February 10 between 43rd and 42nd Avenue
- February 10-14 and February 18-21 between 41st and 40th Avenue
- Construction of the Overhead Contact System pole foundation is planned for the week of:
- February 10-14 and February 18-21 between 46th and 45th Avenue
- February 18-21 between 45th and 43rd Avenue
- Connection of the new water main line is planned for the weeks of February 10-14 and February 18-21 between 46th and 45th Avenue

What to Expect: |
Excavation requires jackhammering of the pavement. Dust control measures will be in place to prevent dust kick up from the work.
Heavy vibrations from the shoring and sheet piling work is expected for open trench work.
Water line work is not expected to interrupt or shut off water service.

Location and Time of Work: |

Northside of Taraval Street between 46th – 37th Avenue.
Southside of Taraval between 46th and 43rd Avenue
Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No work on President’s Day Monday, February 17

Traffic Impacts: |
Some parking will be temporarily restricted in construction zones and traffic lanes will be modified during active work. |
Muni Customer Impacts: |
- Continuing through Friday, February 21, the outbound L Taraval stop at 44th Avenue will be temporarily relocated from the near side of the intersection to the far side, between Monday to Friday from 7:00 am until 4:00pm.
- Starting February 10 until February 28, the outbound Muni 18 stop at 46th Avenue will be temporarily relocated from 7:00am until 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. During the listed hours, the temporary relocated stop is about 100 feet north before the existing stop. Signs will be posted.
