There are a lot of different parking needs for businesses in the Northeast Mission, so the proposal has a lot of different parking options—
- Paid parking (blue markings on the proposal)
- New meters/paystations would start at $0.50/hour
- Enforced Monday-Saturday from 8 am-6 pm
- No time limit, can pay to park all day with the exception of a few blocks
- Free, 4-hour time limit (orange markings on the proposal)
- Everyone must move vehicle after 4 hours
- Enforced Monday-Friday from 8 am-6 pm
- Three (3) types of residential permit parking (RPP)—Yes, businesses are eligible for RPP! Businesses are eligible for 1 permit for a personal vehicle and up to 3 commercial vehicles registered to the Northeast Mission business
- 2-hour RPP: enforced Monday-Friday from 8 am-6 pm (green markings on the proposal)
Permit holders are exempt from the time limit meaning they do not need to move after 2 hours, they may park all day.
Customers must move after 2 hours, Monday-Friday from 8 am-6 pm - 4-hour RPP: enforced Monday-Friday from 8 am-6 pm (yellow markings on the proposal)

Residents with a permit are exempt from payment, meaning they may park all day without paying for the meter/pay station.
Visitors without a permit must pay for parking at the pay station, online or by phone, Monday-Saturday from 8 am-6 pm.
