- From 3:21 to 4:09 p.m., the 8 Bayshore and 56 Rutland routes were rerouted in both directions around the area of Hahn Street between Visitacion and Sunnydale avenues due to SFPD activity.

- From 11:18 to 11:48 a.m., the eastbound N Judah Line was delayed at Duboce Avenue and Sanchez Street due to a stalled train.
- From 10:59 a.m. to 12:04 p.m., the 5 Fulton was reouted around Fulton Street and 28th Avenue in both directions due to a non-Muni collision.

- From 2:49 to 3:38 p.m., the northbound 47 Van Ness Route routed around 5th and Bryant streets due to police activity.
Friday, March 27
- From 3:15 to 4:20 p.m., the eastbound 29 Sunset Route routed around Mansell and Brussels streets due to a non-Muni collision.

- From 11:50 a.m. to 1:16 p.m., the 36 Teresita, 43 Masonic, and 44 O'Shaughnessy routes were routed around Laguna Honda Boulevard between Portola and Seventh avenues in both directions due to fire department activity.

- From 7:53 to 9:22 a.m., the southbound M Ocean View Line was delayed at 19th and Crespi avenues due to overhead line work. Southbound M trains switched back at 19th and Holloway avenues. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 4:47 to 8:00 p.m., the 22 Fillmore and 55 16th Street routes were routed around 16th and Valencia streets in both directions due to police activity.

- From 8:38 to 9:11 a.m., the westbound F Market and Wharves Line was delayed at Market Street and Duboce Avenuedue to a stalled streetcar. Southbound F streetcars switched back at the Ferry Plaza. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 1:19 to 3:22 p.m., the Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was down due to a Muni incident at Hyde and Bay streets. Bus shuttles provided line service.

- From 3:04 to 4:40 p.m., the southbound K Ingleside Line routed over the M Ocean View Line due to a non-Muni collision at Ocean and Ashton avenues. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 5:07 to 6:47 a.m., the westbound L Taraval Line was delayed at Wawona Street and 46th Avenue due to a stalled train. Westbound L trains switched back at Taraval Street and Sunset Boulevard. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 12:15 to 12:53 a.m., the Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was blocked at Jackson and Hyde streets due to an automobile on the trackway. Bus shuttles provided line service.

- From 2:19 to 2:50 p.m., the Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles provided line service.
- From 7:26 to 8:18 a.m., the westbound 29 Sunset Route was routed around Persia Avenue between Vienna and Athens streets due to a non Muni collision.

- From 4:33 to 5:22 p.m., the southbound Powell-Hyde and Powell-Mason cable car lines were delayed at Washington and Mason streets due to a Muni incident. Bus shuttles provided line service.
Saturday, March 7
- From 7:35 to 8:27 a.m., due to a disabled fork lift on the trackway at Church and Cesar Chavez streets, the southbound J Church Line switched back at 22nd Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Friday, March 6
- From 9:15 to 10:43 p.m., the 5 Fulton Route was routed around Fulton Street and 20th Avenue in both directions due to a non Muni collision.
- From 8:48 to 9:30 p.m., the 35 Eureka Route routed around Chenery and Natick streets in both directions due to a non Muni collision.
- From 11:37 a.m. to 12:10 p.m., the northbound T Third Street and N Judah lines were delayed on The Embarcadero at Folsom Street due to a stalled train.
Thursday, March 5
- From 10:43 to 11:27 p.m., the T Third Street Line was blocked on Bayshore Boulevard between Hester and Arleta avenues in both directions due to an automobile on the track way. Southbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Armstrong Avenues. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Wednesday, March 4
- From 9:43 to 10:16 p.m., the eastbound 19 Polk Route was routed around Connecticut and Wisconsin streets due to police activity.
- From 6:35 to 9:18 a.m., due to a switch issue between Church and Van Ness station, inbound T Third Street, M Ocean View and L Taraval trains operated at reduced speed through the affected area. Eastbound N Judah and northbound J Church trains switched back at Church Street and Duboce Avenue. Bus shuttles supported Metro service.

- From 7:16 to 7:59 a.m., the northbound J Church Line was delayed at San Jose and Santa Ynez avenues due to a stalled train.

- From 8:30 to 9:05 a.m., the southbound 10 Townsend Route was blocked on Arkansas Street between 20th and 22nd streets by a downed cable wire.

- From 9:01 to 10:15 p.m., due to police activity at San Jose Avenue and Farrallones Street, the southbound M Ocean View Line switched back at Broad Street and Plymouth Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 7:51 to 8:25 p.m., the 14 Mission, 14R Mission Rapid and 49 Van Ness/Mission routes were rerouted in both directions around the area of Mission Street between 23rd and 24th streets due to SFPD activity.
