Updated Tuesday: J Church & N Judah Bus Shuttle Service Due to Sewer and Sinkhole Repairs

From Sunday, January 17 through Tuesday, January 19, crews will conduct emergency sewer and sinkhole repairs under the rails on Church Street between 22nd and 24th streets.

• The J Church will be served by bus shuttles at all times between Church & 22nd streets and Balboa Park Station. Southbound trains will switch back at Church & 22nd.
• During daytime and early evening hours, customers must transfer between J bus and J rail at Church & 22nd streets.

• After 9:30 pm nightly, all service on the J Church and N Judah will be served by bus shuttles.
  • At Church & Market streets, J and N customers must transfer to and from the K/L/M Muni Metro Shuttle to travel between The Embarcadero and West Portal Station / St. Francis Circle due to ongoing early subway shutdowns.
  • J/N bus shuttles will run between Balboa Park Station, Church & Duboce Avenue, and Judah & La Playa streets (Ocean Beach). At Duboce & Church, inbound J shuttles will become outbound N shuttles, and vice versa.

• NextBus arrival predictions will not be valid for stops served by bus shuttles.
• J and N stops on exclusive trackways or at raised platforms will be moved to nearby curbside stops during bus shuttle service. J stops near the work area at Church and 24th streets will also be moved to nearby corners.
