Route(s) Affected
On Friday, January 20 a group is gathering at the Golden Gate Bridge for a peaceful demonstration. To minimize impact on regular service and accommodate expected attendance, Muni will provide three-stop 76X service from Sutter and Sansome to the Golden Gate Bridge.
To the bridge
From 8 to 10 am, there will be three stops toward the bridge:
- On Sutter at Sansome
- On Sutter at Van Ness
- Golden Gate Bridge parking lot (28-Route stop)
From the Bridge
From noon to 2 pm, there will be three stops returning from the bridge:
- Golden Gate Bridge parking lot (28-Route stop)
- On Post at Van Ness
- On Sansome at Sutter
Other 76X service
There is no other 76X service on Friday. Regular 76X service to Marin Headlands, serving all 76X stops, will be available on Saturday and Sunday as usual.
