The SFMTA is investing in the Next Generation Customer Information System, a new real-time transit vehicle arrival and service update system, to empower Muni customers to confidently take transit to their destinations quickly and reliably.
To shape the features and functionality of the new system, the SFMTA embarked on an extensive public outreach effort, including a comprehensive survey, concept testing and ride- along interviews. This report details the outreach process and findings from this engagement.
