Tuesday, November 19
- From 5:18 to 7:10 p.m., the southbound 43 Masonic Route was routed around Judah Street and Ninth Avenue due to a Muni-involved collision.
- From 5:12 to 5:57 p.m., the Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was blocked at Hyde and North Point streets by emergency vehicles. Hyde cable cars were routed onto the Powell Mason Cable Car Line.
- From 2:19 to 2:54 p.m., the 52 Excelsior Route was routed around Brazil Avenue and Prague Street in both directions due to fire department activity.
Monday, November 18
- From 2:20 to 3:12 p.m., the 44 O'Shaughnessy Route was routed around Silver and San Bruno avenues in both directions due to police activity.
Sunday, November 17
- From 6:00 a.m to 12:04 p.m., the eastbound San Bruno Route was routed around the area of Potrero Avenue between 13th and Division streets due to Caltrans work.
Saturday, November 16
- From 1:57 to 2:37 p.m., the westbound 28 routed around Lombard and Laguna streets due to police activity.
- From 1:21 to 2:20 p.m., the westbound 44 was delayed at Palou Avenue and Keith Street due to fire department activity.
- From 8:17 to 10:29 a.m., the southbound T Third Line were delayed at Bayshore and Arleta due to a downed overhead wire. Bus shuttles supported service.
Friday, November 15
- From 7:50 to 8:37 a.m., the Powell-Hyde and Powell-Mason Cable Car Lines were delayed at Powell and Geary streets in both directions due to a cable issue.
Thursday, November 14
- From 10:57 to 11:30 a.m., the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to a cable strand alarm.
Wednesday, November 13
- From 8:18 to 9:21 p.m., the westbound F Market and Wharves Line was blocked at Market and Guerrero streets due to a non-Muni collision. Westbound F streetcars switched back at Market and 11th streets.
- From 5:49 to 6:35 p.m., the northbound 9 San Bruno, 9R San Bruno Rapid, and 33 Ashbury/18th Street routes were routed around the area of Potrero Avenue between 23rd and 22nd streets due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 5:46 to 9:30 a.m., Muni Market Street bus service was routed around Market and Main streets in both directions due to police activity. The eastbound F Market and Wharves Line service was switched back at Market and 11th streets. Eastbound subway trains were switched back at Church Station with bus shuttles providing service between Embarcadero and Church stations until about 6:30 a.m.
Tuesday, November 12
- From 7:25 a.m. until the end of service, the Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line was out of service due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles provided line service.
- From 7:25 to 8:46 a.m., the Powell/Mason Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions at Bay and Taylor streets due to a bumper bar alarm.
Sunday, November 11
- From 5:11 to 5:44 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to a slot blade deployment.
Saturday, November 10
- From 9:54 to 11:09 p.m., the southbound T Third Line was delayed at Third and Channel streets due to police activity.
Friday, November 8
- From 4:19 to 4:51 p.m., the westbound 5 Fulton and 5 Futon Rapid routes routed around Fulton Street and 30th Avenue due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 12:20 to 1:17 p.m., the southbound Powell-Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed at Jackson and Hyde streets due to a tree on the trackway.
Thursday, November 7
- From 6:24 to 6:59 p.m., the westbound 5 Fulton and 5R Fulton Rapid routes routed around McAllister Street between Van Ness Avenue and Franklin Street due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 4:51 to 5:29 p.m., the southbound K Ingleside Line was delayed at Ocean Avenue and San Leandro Way due to a non-Muni collision. Southbound K trains routed over the M Ocean View Line. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 11:46 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was delayed in both directions due to a cable strand alarm. Bus shuttles supported line service.

- From 5:55 to 6:26 p.m., the eastbound L Taraval Line was delayed at Wawona Street and 47th Avenue due to a stalled train. Westbound L trains switched back at Taraval Street and 46th Avenue.

- From 10:37 to 11:19 p.m., the eastbound N Judah Line was delayed at Judah Street and 48th Avenue due to an overhead line issue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 3:35 to 4:52 p.m., the northbound 14 Mission, 14R Mission Rapid and 49 Van Ness/Mission routes routed around Mission and 22nd streets due to a Muni-involved collision.

- From 1:22 to 1:57 p.m., the Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed at Hyde and Powell streets due to a switch issue.
Sunday, November 3
- From 12:30 to 1:19 p.m., the J Church Line was blocked in both directions at San Jose and Ocean avenues due to a non-Muni collision. Southbound J trains switched back at Glen Park Station. Bus shuttles supported J Line service.

- From 9:34 to 10:21 p.m., the westbound 31 Balboa Route routed around Balboa Street and 12th Avenue due to fire department activity.
- From 3:57 to 5:22 p.m., the eastbound 18 46th Avenue and 23 Monterey routes routed around Skyline and Sloat boulevards due to police activity.
- From 8:12 to 9:40 a.m., the westbound 23 Monterey Route routed around Sloat Boulevard and 34th Avenue due to emergency signal work.
