Sunshining of 2024 Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)

On June 4, 2024, the SFMTA Board is sunshining several MOU's per San Francisco Charter Section 8A.104(r). On June 13, 2024 the SFMTA Board sunshined the TWU Local 250A (9163 Transit Operator) MOU. The minimum sunshine period is for 15 days. The agenda item for the Board to approve will be on the agenda for the June 28, 2024, SFMTA Board special meeting.
