1 day 20 hours agoFINAL UPDATE: System reboot has been completed. IB train switchbacks have been cancelled & we are resuming regular #SubwaySvc operations. Bus shuttles will remain temporarily to provide supplemental svc. We will continue to monitor the system in case the issue reappears.

1 day 21 hours agoUPDATE: IB (eastbound) #Kingleside & #MOceanView trains will begin to switchback after servicing Castro Station as we prepare for the subway system reboot. Riders may transfer once their train reaches Church Stn. to bus shuttles on the surface toward Downtown.
