The Chief of Staff’s Office supports the Director of Transportation’s management and administration of SFMTA and creates positive change for the Agency by leading key initiatives.  The division is responsible for implementing the Agency’s six-year Strategic Plan, building organizational strength to achieve sustainable results and delivering critical internal and external policy initiatives.
