Our responsibilities
- Establishing, implementing and continuous monitoring of the Quality Management System for design, procurement and construction to provide management with the confidence that the quality necessary for safe and reliable operation of capital projects are achieved.
- Conducting quality system audits and surveillances to ensure that the Quality Management System is functioning as intended.
- Identifying training opportunities, and providing training of all personnel performing activities affecting quality.
The Quality Management unit reports to the Director of Capital Programs & Construction.
