The Internal Investigations Unit (IIU) conducts investigations in a manner that provides a neutral, impartial, complete, and thorough presentation of facts regarding an allegation or complaint. Investigations may cover the SFMTA Workplace Violence policy, Policy Prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation, City and County of San Francisco (CCSF) Equitable, Fair, and Respectful Workplace Policy and complaints about Reasonable Accommodations, hiring and compensation, and Language Diversity.
