- Ensure SFMTA employees can safely perform their job duties
- Ensure validity of employee-required DMV Commercial License and/or Medical Card
- Ensure compliance with DOT-mandated drug and alcohol rules and regulations
- Ensure SFMTA employees are provided a voluntary, confidential way to seek assistance with a variety of family, health, and substance abuse issues
- Ensure that all staff have full and equitable access to Wellness opportunities that enable them to lead healthy, fulfilled lives
