Powell Station Entrance Changes at Stockton and 4th Streets

Starting Tuesday, February 20, BART will operate the eastern entrances to Powell Station (at Stockton/Ellis and 4th Street) with limited hours. The entrances will open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 9 p.m. on weekdays.

This change in schedule is to allow for more cleaning and better security.
