Due to a mechanical issue, the Powell cable car line is currently out of service.
We anticipate the line to be up and running by the morning of Friday, July 19th.
Cable car service is still in operation between Hyde/Beach and Bay/Taylor.
In the meantime, we're running a bus bridge between Powell to Market to Powell and Jackson.
Ambassadors are deployed at Powell turnaround on Market and to Powell and California to direct passengers to where they can catch a cable car.
Ambassadors will be out for the remainder of the day.
