Outage information

Some online e-commerce systems are having outages; we are attempting to identify the affected systems.

The following website services will be unavailable:

• Online citation payments 
• Online citation protest filings 
• Online citation hearing requests 
• Online Residential Parking Permit (RPP) renewal 
• Online overpayment refund request

The following phone service will not be available:

• Interactive Voice Recognition citation payments 

The following phone app will not be available:

• PayTix app 

The following phone app will be available:

• Pay by Phone app 

Once service is restored

If the system returns before we update this notice, you will be able to access the various services as follows:
