Event Summary
There will be a 20,000-person concert in the Civic Center area on Saturday, June 1, from 6 to 10 p.m. There will be street closures in the Civic Center area starting as early as Tuesday, May 28, lasting until as late as early morning Monday, June 3. Muni will reroute the 19 Polk and 21 Hayes around the area starting as early as Thursday, May 30. Read below for full details on street closures and Muni reroutes.
Street Closures
The following streets will be closed on the noted dates and times.
From 6 a.m., Tuesday, May 28, to 4 p.m., Monday, June 3:
- Grove between Polk and Larkin
From 7 p.m., Wednesday, May 29 to 4 a.m., Monday, June 3:
- Polk between McAllister and Hayes
From 6 a.m., Friday, May 31 to 4 a.m., Sunday, June 2:
- Fulton between Larkin and Hyde
From 7 p.m., Friday, May 31 to 4 a.m., Sunday, June 2:
- Larkin between Hayes to McAllister
- Grove between Larkin and Hyde
- Grove between Van Ness and Polk
Muni Service Changes Summary
The 19 Polk and 21 Hayes routes will be rerouted around the Civic Center area. There will also be additional S Shuttle service in the Market Street Subway in both directions between Embarcadero and West Portal stations. The table below will provide service change details
