Feb. 20 through Dec. 31, all hours of service
Summary
The next phase of Hope SF Sunnydale will require Santos Street between Sunnydale and Velasco avenues to be closed, beginning on Thursday, February 20, for complete roadway re-alignment and construction work. This work is scheduled to take place for the remainder of the year. As part of this work, a new temporary road called the Western Access Road is being built connecting Sunnydale and Brookdale avenues, allowing for access to Geneva Avenue as part of a detour around the street closures. This work will impact Muni service in the area. Please continue reading for more details on the affected Muni routes, their reroutes, and stop relocations.
Muni Service Changes
The table below provides details on changes to the 9 San Bruno and 9R San Bruno Rapid routes for the duration of the construction work.
Beginning March 6, the 8 Bayshore, 8BX Bayshore Express, and 91 Owl routes will also be rerouted around Santos Street.
