2/23/22 - 3/11/22    Sawcut and construct north side of 32nd to 34th avenues and Sunset and Taraval streets

North side of Taraval between 26th and 18th avenues      

2/7/22 – 2/28/22     Potholing for sewer north side of Taraval St. and 26th Ave. heading east

2/18/22 – 3/1/22     Sawcut and construct north side of 26th to 25th avenues

15th Ave.

East side of 15th Ave. between Taraval and Ulloa streets

2/9/22 - 2/25/22      Sawcut and construct for waterline east side of 15th Ave. along sidewalk and driveway areas

2/25/22 - 2/28/22    Potholing for waterline west side of 15th Ave. along sidewalk and driveway areas

2/7/22 - 5/25/22     37th Ave. east side between Rivera and Santiago streets

                                 Staging area is 10 feet wide and approximately 250 feet

2/7/22 – 2/25/22    26th Ave. northeast corner between Santiago and Taraval streets

                                 Staging area approximately 80 linear feet

2/9/22 – 2/25/22    15th Ave. east side between Ulloa and Vicente streets

                                 Staging area approximately 50 linear feet

2/14/22 - 3/4/22     25th Ave. east side between Santiago and Taraval streets

                                 Staging area approximately 80 linear feet 

2/11/22 - 5/25/22   36th Ave. between Santiago and Rivera streets

                                 Staging area is approximately 165 ft. long and 10 ft. wide

Pipeline Installation

What to Expect:

New sewer and water lines

• During excavation and installation some driveways may be temporarily inaccessible
• Excavation requires jackhammering of the pavement. Dust control measures will be in place to prevent dust kick up from the work
• Heavy vibrations from the shoring and sheet piling work is expected for open trench work

East and west side of 15th Ave. between Taraval and Ulloa streets

• Posted no parking signs for the duration of work
• Access may be delayed accessing residence, crew will allow safe access during construction
• Sidewalk open for trenchwork

Temporary staging areas

• Posting of no parking signs along the staging areas

Time of Work:

Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No work on Saturday and Sunday

Traffic Impacts:

Some parking will be temporarily restricted in construction zones

Traffic lanes will be modified during active work

There will be dedicated flagger(s) to direct traffic and pedestrians
