Partnering With Potrero Neighborhood Collective

On November 21, 2022, the SFMTA Board of Directors approved awarding the Potrero Yard Modernization Project predevelopment agreement (PDA) to Potrero Neighborhood Collective, LLC (PNC) as the Lead Developer. The PNC team is led by its sole equity member, Plenary Americas US Holdings Inc., an investor and developer of public infrastructure with a long track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects across North America. PNC also includes San Francisco affordable housing developers: Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA), Young Community Developers (YCD), and Tabernacle Community Development Corporation (TCDC). Rounding out the team is Design Consultant Arcadis IBI Group and its design subconsultant Y.A. Studio; providing preconstruction services from the general contracting and construction management perspective are Plant Construction Company, L.P. and The Allen Group; infrastructure facility management consultant WT Partnership; and communications consultant D&A Communications.
