Friday, August 31
- From 5:02 to 7:28 p.m., the L Taraval was blocked on Taraval Street in between 22nd and 21st avenues in both directions by a non Muni collision. Outbound L trains switched back at St. Francis Circle. Bus shuttles provided line service.
Wednesday, August 29
- From 10:53 to 11:24 p.m., the outbound J Church Line was delayed at San Jose and Ocean avenues by a stalled train. Southbound J trains swithed back at Glen Park Station. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 8:46 to 9:25 p.m., due to fire department activity on Folsom Street between Eighth and Ninth streets, the eastbound 12 Folsom and southbound 19 Polk routes were routed around that area.
Tuesday, August 28
- From 8:25 to 8:56 p.m., the southbound T Third Line was delayed at Third Street and Hester Avenue by a stalled train. Southbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Armstrong Avenues. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 4:01 to 4:31 p.m., the northbound T Third Line was blocked on Third Street between Gilman and Fitzgerald avenues buy a non Muni collision.
- From 11:24 to 11:58 a.m., the northbound T Third Line was delayed at Third Street and Jamestown Avenue due to a Muni-involved collision. Southbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Armstrong Avenue. Bus shuttle supported line service.
Saturday, August 25
- From 11:50 p.m. through the end of service, the 10 Townsend, 19 Polk, and 48 Quintara/24th Street routes were routed around Rhode Island and 26th streets in both directions due to a stalled non Muni bus.
Friday, August 24
- From 11:50 to 11:28 p.m., the northbound T Third Line was delayed on Third Street between Cargo Way and Marin Street due to an overhead wire issue. Southbound T trains switched back at the Muni Metro East yard, while northbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Evans. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 8:59 to 10:08 a.m., the eastbound N Judah Line was delayed at Judah Street and 17th Avenue due to a Muni involved collision. Westbound N trains switched back at Carl Street and Hillway Avenue while eastbound N trains switched back at Judah Street and 19th Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Thursday, August 23
- From 6:15 to 8:10 p.m., due to a vigil, the eastbound 54 Felton Route was routed around Kiska and Reardon roads.
- From 12:22 to 4:00 a.m., the eastbound 24 Divisadero Route was blocked at Cortland Avenue and Bayshore Boulevard by fire department activity. Eastbound 24 coaches switched back at Mission Street and Cortland.
Wednesday, August 22
- From 12:53 to 1:45 p.m., Castro and Church stations were closed due to track system issue at Castro Station. All outbound Muni Metro trains were routed out of the subway at Duboce Portal.
- From 12:35 p.m. to 6:42 a.m. Thursday, the N Judah was blocked in both directions at Judah Street and 30th Avenue by police activity. Eastbound N trains switched back at Judah Street and Sunset Boulevard while westbound N trains switched back at Judah Street and 19th Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 7:42 to 8:35 a.m., outbound Muni Metro subway service was delayed at Van Ness Station due to fire department activity. Northbound KJ Ingleside/Church and eastbound N Judah lines were switched back at Church Street and Duboce Avenue. Northbound T Third and N Judah trains were switched back at Embarcadero Station. M and L bus shuttles support Muni Metro subway service along Market Street.
- From 5:00 to 6:45 a.m., due to a track system issue at Castro Station, all outbound Muni Metro trains were routed out of the subway at Duboce Portal. M and L bus shuttles supported Muni Metro subway service.
Tuesday, August 21
- 10:02 to 10:40 a.m., the northbound T Third Line was delayed on Third Street between 23rd and 22nd streets by a Muni involved collision. Southbound T trains switched back at Third and Channel streets, northbound trains switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
Sunday, August 19
- From 11:35 p.m. to 12:13 a.m. Monday, the 8 Bayshore Route was rerouted around the area of Sunnydale Avenue and Santos Street in both directions due to fire department activity.
- From 5:53 to 6:32 a.m., the westbound KJ Ingleside/Church Line was delayed at Ocean and Jules avenues due to a disabled automobile on the trackway.
Friday, August 17
- From 1:45 to 6:32 p.m., outbound Muni Metro subway service experienced slow moving service due to a switch issue between Church and Van Ness stations.
- From 7:42 to 10:55 a.m., outbound Muni Metro subway service experienced slow moving service due to a switch issue between Church and Van Ness stations.
Thursday, August 16
- From 9:23 to 10:20 a.m., the northbound Powell-Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed at Jackson and Powell streets due to a Muni-involved collision.
Wednesday, August 15
- From 12:13 to 1:42 a.m., the southbound 14 Mission Owl Route was routed around Mission Street and Templeton Avenue due to a non Muni collision.
Tuesday, August 14
- From 6:08 to 10:12 p.m., due to police activity on Turk Street between Market and Jones streets, the outbound 7X Noriega Express and 31 Balboa routes were routed around that area.
Saturday, August 11
- From 2:20 to 7:18 a.m., the 14 Mission Owl and 14 Mission routes were routed around the area of Mission Street between Geneva and Seneca avenues in both directions due to police activity.
- From 1:01 to 3:38 a.m., the northbound 14 Mission Owl Route was routed around Mission Street between 18th and 19th streets due to police activity.
Thursday, August 9
- From 9:10 to 9:50 p.m., the westbound F Market and Wharves Line was delayed at Market and Kearny streets by a Muni involved collision.
- From 6:10 to 7:09 p.m., the Powell, Powell Hyde, and Powell Mason Cable Car lines were delayed near Powell and Jackson streets by an automobile. Bus shuttles provided line service.
- From 6:41 to 7:11 a.m., the eastbound 6 Haight-Parnassus Route was delayed due to an overhead line issue.
Tuesday, August 7
- From 7:32 to 8:10 a.m., the 54 Felton Route rerouted around the area of Sagamore Street and Plymouth Avenue in both directions due to police activity.
Monday, August 6
- From 4:23 to 5:03 p.m., due to a non Muni collision at Third Street and Palou Avenue, the 23 Monterey, 44 O'Shaughnessy, and 54 Felton routes were rerouted in both directions. The southbound T Third Line switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue while northbound T trains switched back at Third Street and Armstrong Avenues. Bus shuttles supported T line service.
- From 10:07 a.m. to 2:55 a.m. Tuesday, due to PG&E repair work at Myra Way and Hillcrest Court, the 36 Terestita Route did not service stop on Reposa or Myra ways.
Saturday, August 4
- From 1:29 to 7:03 a.m., the inbound 38 Geary Owl and 38 Geary routes were routed around Geary Boulevard and Second Avenue due to police departemnt activity.
Friday, August 3
- From 11:26 to 11:56 a.m., the southbound T Third Line was blocked at Third Street and Revere Avenue by fire department activity.
Thursday, August 2
- From 6:39 to 7:39 p.m., outbound Muni Metro subway service was delayed at Civic Center Station due to a stalled train. Eastbound N Judah Line service switched back at Duboce Avenue and Fillmore Street, northbound KJ Ingleside/Church Line service switched back at Church Street and Duboce Avenue, and northbound T Third Line service switched back at Fourth and Channel Streets. Northbound N service from Caltrain was temporarily suspended. Bus shuttles supported Metro service.
- From 8:37 a.m. to 1:57 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue. Bus shuttles provided line service.
