This New Year’s Eve, leave the car keys at home. Let Muni get you home safely, free of charge.
For the 17th consecutive New Year’s Eve, Muni will offer free service on all routes and lines, including the cable car lines, from 8 p.m. on December 31 until 5 a.m. on January 1.
This program, sponsored in part by 76®, supports San Francisco’s Vision Zero goal to eliminate traffic fatalities. Don’t drink and drive. The safest place to start the new year is in the passenger seat.
Plan your trip and get key details on our New Year’s Eve webpage.
