Each Tuesday we bring you a tidbit of transit news or trivia, either from our own backyard or from around the globe.
We got so wrapped up with the exciting progress of our own Central Subway this summer, that we nearly missed the July opening of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority’s (WMATA) new Silver Line—the first new color on their map since 1991.
Of course local news outlets were there for the big test—the first commute.
