Event Information


A NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK PARTY is a one block closure in a residential neighborhood. The closure should not be for commercial purposes; should not block or affect intersections or Muni routes; and should be sponsored by an individual who lives on the block to be closed or a neighborhood organization.
All other closures / events should apply for a SPECIAL EVENT permit.







         


Event Dates and Times are for the
event only – concert, gala, etc. – and not for the street closures being
requested, which will include necessary setup and cleanup time, etc.

an emergency basis, but it may not be allowed. You should contact the Temporary
