- From 12:26 to 2:46 p.m., the westbound 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid routes routed around Geary Boulevard between 15th and 16th avenues due to police activity.
Thursday, June 29
- From 6:17 to 6:42 p.m., the northbound Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was blocked at Jackson and Leavenworth streets by an automobile parked too close to the trackway.
- From 1:53 to 2:50 a.m., the 14 Mission Owl Route was routed around the area of Mission Street between Foote and Naglee avenues in both directions due to fire department activity.

- From 5:07 to 6:22 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was down due to heavy downtown traffic conditions.
- From 5:03 to 6:07 p.m., the 7 Haight/Noriega Route was routed around Haight and Steiner streets in both directions due to fire department activity.
Tuesday, June 27
- From 8:57 to 10:02 p.m., the westbound 48 Quintara/24th Street Route was routed around 23rd and Kansas streets due to police activity.
- From 6:06 to 6:46 p.m., the westbound 1 California Route was routed around California Street and Park Presidio Boulevard due to a non-Muni collision.
- From 2:06 to 3:30 p.m., the 48 Quintara/24th Street Route was routed around Quintara Street and 34th Avenue in both directions due to fire department activity.
Monday, June 26
- From 8:55 to 9:38 a.m., the eastbound 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid routes routed around Geary Boulevard between Third and Fifth avenues due to fire department activity.
Friday, June 23
- From 9:40 to 10:50 a.m., the southbound Powell/Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed due to a bumper bar issue. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 6:20 to 6:51 a.m., the southbound Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde Cable Car lines switched back at Washington and Powell streets due to a cable equipment issue along Powell Street.
Thursday, June 22
- From 9:01 to 9:53 p.m., both directions of the 14 Mission Route routed around Mission and 14th streets due to police activity.
Wednesday, June 21
- From 12:44 to 1:23 p.m., both directions of the 24 Divisadero Route routed around Cortland Avenue and Nevada Street due to an illegally parked auto blocking the roadway.
- From 5:12 to 6:41 a.m., both directions of the 22 Fillmore Route routed around Fillmore and Bush streets due to a non-Muni collision.
Tuesday, June 20
- From 2:28 to 3:25 p.m., the southbound K Ingleside Line was delayed due to a Muni-involved collision at Ocean Avenue and Victoria Street. K trains routed via the M Ocean View Line in both directions. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From 12:49 to 4:55 p.m., both directions of the 9 San Bruno and 9R San Bruno Rapid routes routed around Geneva Avenue and Schwerin Street due to police activity.
Sunday, June 18
- From 6:08 to 10:42 p.m., due to police activity on The Embarcadero between North Point and Kearny streets, the southbound 8 Bayshore Route was routed around the area while the northbound F Market and Wharves Line was switched back at Ferry Plaza.
- From 5:23 to 9:34 p.m., the California Cable Car Line was down due to a cable issue.
- From 4:44 to 5:20 p.m., the Powell Hyde Cable Car Line was delayed at Hyde and Bay streets due to debris on the trackway.
- From 2:25 to 6:02 p.m., the northbound 8 Bayshore Route was routed around Columbus Avenue and Stockton Street due to a tree on the overhead wire.
Saturday, June 17
- From 4:36 to 7:38 p.m., the eastbound 54 Felton, 57 Parkmerced, and 58 Lake Merced routes routed around Alemany Boulevard and St. Charles Avenue due to a non-Muni collision.
Thursday, June 15
- From 4:45 to 6:11 p.m., due to fire department activity at Third Street and Revere Avenue, the southbound 54 Felton Route was routed around the area. The southbound T Third Street Line was switched back at Third Street and Evans Avenue while the northbound T Line was switched back at Third Street and Armstrong Avenue. The 15 Bayview Hunters Point Route supported T Line service.
Sunday, June 11
- From 7:12 to 7:45 p.m., both directions of the T Third Street Line were delayed at Fourth and Channel streets due to a signal issue. Bus shuttles supported service.
Friday, June 9
- From 9:18 p.m. to 1:40 a.m., the 12 Folsom/Pacific and 48 Quintara/24th Street Lines routed around 24th Street and Treat Avenue in both directions due to police activity.
Thursday, June 8
- From 6:26 to 6:57 a.m., the northbound J Church Line was delayed due to an automobile in the trackway at San Jose Avenue and Bosworth Street. Northbound J trains routed via the K Ingleside Line. Southbound J trains switched back at Church and Day streets. Bus shuttles supported line service.
- From the start of service to the end of service, both directions of the 24 Divisadero Route routed around Castro Street and Duboce Avenue due to PG&E work.
Wednesday, June 7
- From 5:13 a.m. to the end of service, both directions of the 24 Divisadero Route routed around Castro Street and Duboce Avenue due to a PG&E gas leak.
Sunday, June 4
- From 8:11 to 8:46 p.m., both directions of the Powell/Mason and Powell/Hyde Cable Car lines were delayed due to a non-Muni collision on Powell Street between Washington and Jackson streets.
- From 12:32 to 6:33 p.m., the eastbound 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid routes routed around O'Farrell and Jones Streets due to police activity.
