Purpose

Rating is measured by dividing the number of respondents who are somewhat or very satisfied by the total number of responses and is reported agency-wide.

Definition

Rating is measured by dividing the number of respondents who either somewhat or strongly agree with the statement, “Overall satisfaction,” by the total number of responses and is reported agency-wide.

Methodology

sum ([number of respondents who either somewhat or very satisfied]) ÷ sum ([number of responses])

Target

Achieve at least 30% workplace satisfaction in FY 22-23.
