- Potential service area: General boundaries include Bayshore Boulevard to the west, Islais Creek Bridge to the north, 3rd Street and Bayshore Boulevard to the south and the San Francisco Bay to the east.
- The following neighborhoods are within the potential service area: Produce Market, Apparel City, India Basin, Silver Terrace, Hunters Point, Bayview and Bret Harte and Candlestick.
- There are also potential satellite locations outside of the draft service area, which include, 24th St BART, SF General Hospital and 22nd St/Bayshore Caltrain Stations.
