The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency and San Francisco Public Works are starting construction on the Wiggle Neighborhood Green Corridor Project this summer. The project is an effort to improve stormwater management and street safety conditions for all road users in the neighborhood. Improvements coming to the city’s iconic “Wiggle” route were driven by a community outreach process in 2013 to 2014 and include:
- New curb ramps
- Landscaping
- Pedestrian safety upgrades
- Eco-friendly infrastructure
