2/9/22 - 2/25/22 Sawcut and construct northside of 33rd to 37th avenues and Sunset and Taraval streets

North side of Taraval between 26th and 18th avenues

2/7/22 – 2/9/22 Potholing for sewer north side of Taraval St. and 26th Ave. heading east

2/9/22 – 3/1/22 Sawcut and construct north side of 26th to 25th avenues

15th Ave.

East side of 15th Ave. between Taraval and Ulloa streets

2/7/22 - 2/9/22 Potholing east side of 15th Ave. along sidewalk and driveway areas

Temporary staging locations

2/7/22 - 2/25/22 37th Ave. east side between Rivera and Santiago streets

Staging area is 10 feet wide and approximately 250 feet long

2/7/22 – 2/25/22 26th Ave. north east corner between Santiago and Taraval streets

Staging area approximately 80 linear feet

2/14/22 – 3/4/22 25th Ave. east side between Santiago and Taraval streets

Staging area approximately 80 linear feet

Sewer Pipeline Installation

2/7/22 - 3/11/22 East side of 15th Ave. between Taraval and Ulloa streets

Installing new waterline

2/9/22-2/18/22 Taraval St. between 26th and 25th avenues including intersection

Construction of the sewer pipeline

What to Expect:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

New sewer and water lines

  • During excavation and installation, some driveways may be temporarily inaccessible
  • Excavation requires jackhammering of the pavement. Dust control measures will be in place to prevent dust kick up from the work
  • Heavy vibrations from the shoring and sheet piling work is expected for open trench work

East side of 15th Ave. between Taraval and Ulloa streets

  • No Parking signs posted for the duration of work
  • Resident access may be delayed, crew will allow safe access during construction
  • Sidewalk open for trenchwork

Temporary staging areas

  • No parking signs will be posted along the temporary staging areas

Time of Work:

 

 

Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No work on Saturday and Sunday

Holiday 2/21/2022 no work scheduled

Traffic Impacts:

 

Some parking will be temporarily restricted in construction zones and traffic lanes will be modified during active work.

There will be dedicated flagger(s) to direct traffic and pedestrians.
