Engineering Public Hearing

An Engineering Public Hearing for the 6th Street Pedestrian Safety Project will occur on July 20th, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 416 of City Hall. The purpose of traffic engineering hearings is for residents to express their concerns regarding the proposed changes on their streets.
Proposed improvements discussed at this public hearing will include a suite of pedestrian safety and streetscape improvements on 6th Street from Market to Brannan streets.

Opinions on these proposed changes may be filed in writing prior to the hearing by email (sustainable.streets@sfmta.com) with the subject line “Public Hearing.” Written opinions may also be transmitted to the Sustainable Streets Division via fax at 415.701.4737 or by mail: Engineering Public Hearing, Sustainable Streets Division, One South Van Ness Avenue, 7th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103-5417. Submitted opinions will become part of the official public record and will be brought to the attention of the person(s) conducting the hearing.
