Phase III: Marketing Campaign
Phase III is comprised of a marketing campaign to encourage increased use of public transit systems. SFMTA is partnering with the design and communications consultant MIG, Inc. to develop versatile marketing assets that can be implemented in any market across the United States to promote public transit. Once developed, these marketing assets will be deployed in San Francisco and in additional markets, and their performance will be monitored and evaluated.
Phase III Final FTA Report
Once implementation and assessment are completed, findings will be compiled into a final report that will explain the development of the marketing material, describe marketing strategy, and analyze marketing campaign outcomes. When completed, this report will be submitted to and published by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
