Ted is responsible for the oversight and stewardship of 28,000 metered on-street spaces, 250,000 un-metered on-street spaces and 15,000 off-street parking spaces. Ted implements policies, strategies and systems for programs such as SFpark, Vehicle share, Capital improvement program (CIP), Neighborhood parking planning and the Residential Permit Parking program (RPP). He also has responsibilities in Operations to oversee the Streets Division's Paint Shop, Traffic Sign Shop, Parking Meter Shop, and Temporary Sign Shop (special event postings).
Ted is an experienced leader with decades of experience highlighted in his ability to deliver results and coach teams to higher performance.
