As the Marketing Manager, within the Communications Division, Jeanne is responsible for managing the staff engaged on brand sponsorships, digital customer communications, the SFMTA website, creative services, photography, and the photo archive. Overseeing all public service advertising, brand programs and overall efforts to enhance and deliver the best transit rider on board experience. An award-winning professional, her experiences include expertise in integrated marketing, brand management, and strategic marketing planning. prior to joining SFMTA, she worked in the profit and nonprofit sectors leading brand response and activation programs, developing messaging, content for offline and online efforts for social channels and websites Jeanne appreciates addressing marketing and communications challenges in order to define, shape and grow relationships.
