TO: San Francisco Taxi Medallion Holders and Color Scheme Managers
Please be advised that there will be changes to the Medallion placards for FY23.
- Although FY22 medallions expire on June 30, 2022, holders will have until July 31 to complete the exchange. FY22 Medallions may continue to operate until July 31, 2022.
- Unlike past years, where the Medallion plate itself changed colors, there will be no changes to the plates themselves. Valid Medallions will have an orange sticker affixed to the upper righthand corner of the plate indicating that they have been renewed for FY23.
