Pursuant to San Francisco Transportation Code, Division II, §1105(a)(5), “[u]nless earlier revoked or suspended, all permits shall expire one year following their issuance or renewal, or on another date as specified by the SFMTA.” San Francisco Taxi Medallions issued or renewed for Fiscal Year 2024 are set to expire on June 30, 2024.
To allow Medallion Holders additional time to complete the renewal process, FY24 San Francisco Taxi Medallions will be extended until July 31, 2024. San Francisco Taxi Medallions that expire on June 30, 2023 are authorized to operate until July 31, 2024.
